Returns & exchanges:

Personalized products are not included in the right of return.
We offer quick and easy FREE 30-day returns and exchanges for all customers in the US. Before getting started, please check below to see if your item is eligible for a return:
All returns must be:
  • Have no signs of wear or damage
  • In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
  • In all original packaging (box and bag included) 

 

Exchange and store credit conditions:

We offer free exchanges. Once we receive the item, your return or exchange will be processed in 1 - 2 business days. Send an email to "info@crownroyal.store" with your order number to get started.

What is the status of my return or exchange:

If you have already gone through our online process to return, exchange or get store credit for you item please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once your return is processed someone from our team will email you to confirm.

If you have received an incorrect item please an email info@crownroyal.store and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with  
  4. Photo of incorrect item and packing list
Upon our team confirming that you received the incorrect item, we will create a return label for you, and you will be shipped the correct item in 1-3 business days.

If you have received a damaged, or defective item please email

info@crownroyal.store and include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Name on the order
  3. Email the order was made with  
  4. Your request (refund or send another product?)
  5. Most importantly a photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Send pictures taken on a flat surface, with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing.
